IntRoDuctioN..................

Ethics is a subject that we have all heard of. In fact, the subject of Ethics in general is something that most people are familiar with. And, what is commonly understood about ethics is there are ethics and then there are workplace ethics. What most people don’t realize, however, is that there is no such thing as workplace ethics; ethics are the same, (or, should be) whether in the workplace or in personal life.

>>>>>>ETHICS IN BUSSINESS<<<<<<<

1) Cultural Diversity

#Cultural diversity in business is an opportunity and needs to be embraced as one.

#As a small business owner, the awareness and respect of cultural diversity in the workplace truly matters for employees and client.

#If want business to be successful and competitive in the future,we need to utilize these human resources and participate in these diversity trends.

# As we move further along in the 21st century, it will be necessary for business owners to compete in a more global arena. And that will apply to even the smallest small business.

#Whether the company is global or not you will eventually have to compete with those that are.

#Successfully managing cultural diversity in the workplace is a challenge, but one that can be overcome and taken the advantage.

#The people you hire will always have diverse cultural backgrounds. And that culture is not just based on the color of their skin.

#They come from different countries, states, regions, and neighborhoods.

#They can tell you things about places you've probably never been and are not likely to visit anytime soon.

#They'll be of different genders and social backgrounds. And they'll things know of things that can impact your business either now or in the future.

#Cultural diversity in the workplace can help improve the company's competitive position in the marketplace.

2)Providing Excellence in Customer Service is Essential to Every Business

#Customer service is the end-all to any company’s success or failure.

#The customer is what provides the income that a company needs to thrive and determines whether or not a company can continue to stay in business. Without continued excellence in customer service, a company’s success is over before it starts.

#The customer services is something that can be used anywhere, from a small storefront business to a large corporation. The point is, pay attention to special needs of the customers,we will be rewarded with continued business from that customer again and again.

#The good customer service starts with employees that are happy to serve the customer.

#For the conclusion, customer service is the single most important thing to consider in your business, second only to taking care of your employees.

3) Religious views on business ethics

#Religious and cultural perspectives have a strong influence on the conduct of business and the creation of business values.
#For example:-

ISLAMIC BINKING

Islamic banking refers to a system of banking or banking activity that is consistent with Islamic law (Sharia) principles and guided by Islamic economics. In particular, Islamic law prohibits usury, the collection and payment of interest, also commonly called riba in Islamic discourse. In addition, Islamic law prohibits investing in businesses that are considered unlawful, or haraam (such as businesses that sell alcohol or pork, or businesses that produce media such as gossip columns or pornography, which are contrary to Islamic values
